With the increasing consumption of electricity and the aggravation of global warming, encouraging EV owners participates in V2G energy storage by using financial compensation measures during peak periods, which is significant for conserving energy and reducing emissions of the power grid and alleviating the power supply shortage. Aiming at the peak load of the power grid, this paper puts forward a three-stage regulation strategy based on step-wise economic incentive method. At the same time, a mathematical model with the lowest grid power financial loss, the minimum carbon emission and the minimum loss of power supply probability is constructed. By selecting a domestic area as the research object, three kinds of control schemes are proposed to optimize the actual system aiming at its peak load level. The schemes not only reduce carbon emission and achieve double win-win of the grid and EV owners, but also improve the reliability of power supply, which verify the effectiveness and practicality of low-carbon control strategy.
