In this paper, a new double-integrator fractional-order multi-agent system (FOMAS) with time-delay over undirected topology is proposed. The double-integrator FOMAS with time-delay consists of some agents, and each agent contains two state-variable with different fractional orders. The consensus problem is investigated for the double-integrator FOMAS with time-delay over undirected topology and a maximum tolerable delay is derived to ensure the double-integrator FOMAS can reach consensus. Furthermore, some corollaries are proposed to prove that the main result is also suitable for integer-order dynamical model. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the obtained main result.
