The monitoring of structural changes at the top of buildings is an important work of urban construction law enforcement management. The accurate registration of two images is very important for the small changes detection of the illegal top of the building. In this paper, a multiple temporal image registration method based on the Point-line constraint is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional single feature matching method. It can realize the high-precision registration of buildings with multi period images, and provide support for building top illegal monitoring.
