This paper is concerned with the problem of sliding mode control (SMC) of a class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy descriptor system with time-delay. For T-S fuzzy model of controlled object, design of integral type sliding surface function. The linear matrix inequality technique and Lyapunov stability theory are used to ensure that the system is regular, stable, and free of impulse. The sliding mode control law is designed to keep the system state on the switching surface. Finally, a simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed theory.
