Short-Term Electricity Consumption Forecast in Siberia IPS Using Climate Aspects

forecasting is one of the main directions for increasing the accuracy of the short-term planning of electric power system regimes. The paper considers several approaches to electrical regimes forecasting with the use of real data. The importance of the factorial analysis for increasing the forecast accuracy is shown. The models of Siberia Interconnected Power System were developed to analyze the approach.
