Under the condition of urban rail transit network operation with "one-ticket transfer," the automatic fare collection system can only obtain passengers' origin-destination (OD), but the specific transfer information cannot be obtained. At present, the rail transit operation and management department of each city adopts the multi-path probabilistic method to achieve the calculation of the passenger flow distribution and ticket fare clearing. However, the constraint condition and the parameter of the model can easily lead to large deviation between the actual condition and the result. In this paper, the mobile phone signaling data of the users, which is generated in the wireless communication network, is used to match with the information database of rail transit base-station. Through data preprocessing and space-time validity test, all stations of the passenger's travel route can be determined. Then, the passenger's riding scheme can also be determined, combined with the train timetable.
