摘要

The proposed time interleaved pipelined analog to digital converter (ADC) of near infrared charging with low power wide bandgap voltage reference (WBGR) with phase locked loop (PLL) is presented for wireless and optical charging applications. The ADC control plan has been adopted in wireless power transfer (WPT) to support power driving with the excellence efficiency against coupling and loading change. The charging integrated chipset has design near infrared laser driven (NIRLD) with thin Fresnel might be a promising wireless light power supplier and low consumption for handheld communication applications.
