Podcast: Guidelines for Teacher Authoring

Professionals of education, especially teachers, have in their work field the characteristic of learning, of the citizens' formation to act in a society. Therefore, they also feel the necessity of appropriating new strategies and teaching methodologies that can keep alive communication and interaction with their students, ubiquitous agents of virtual and real environments. From this scenario, this research aims to approach the podcast media as a promoter of teaching authorship, demonstrating the possibilities of the media in this current context, besides presenting ways that can help teachers to identify as an author. The methodological approach consists in a bibliographical survey about the following key words and, later, the description of a program elaboration and presentation, composed by three audio episodes, addressing the importance of teaching authorship, podcast creation techniques and a teacher interview. We hope that this can be a tool used to break technical barriers, while at the same time that is trying to seduce the teachers to risk themselves to an innovative proposal (and why not?) with their students.
