One of the most important problems in food safety is food spoilage. In order to improve the intelligent detection ability of food spoilage, a design scheme of food spoilage intelligent detection system based on embedded arm and integrated DSP is proposed. The system design mainly includes hardware platform and software design. The system is based on embedded arm and integrated DSP development platform. Central controller module and output regulation module. The technology of DSP bus development is used to realize the adaptive receiving and sending and converting control of food mildew information sensor, and the embedded arm and integrated DSP system are used to develop the interface in the human-computer interaction unit. The object-oriented design of food spoilage intelligent detection based on GUI rendering instruction can improve the compatibility and man-machine interaction of the system. The integrated development and system test of food spoilage intelligent detection system are realized in embedded environment, and the optimization design of food spoilage intelligent detection system is realized. The system test results show that the system can effectively realize the food spoilage detection, the detection of artificial intelligence is better and the accuracy is higher.
