摘要

The main task of the mine rescue carrier robot is environment detection and information collection after the accident of coal mine, and responsible carrying the detection robot quickly arrived at the location of the coal mine accident, to carry out the rescue work. Designed the mechanical structure of the coal mine rescue vehicle braking system by using SolidWorks, studied the braking process and features of the mine rescue carrier robot, got the mathematical model of the brake, simulated and analyzed braking characteristics of the braking system, the curve of the parameters of the vehicle braking process, verify the rationality of the design of electromagnetic brake.
