A Note on the Robust Stability of Lur'e Systems with Time Delay

The robust stability of Lur'e system with time-varying delay and time-varying parametric uncertainties is considered in this letter. The stability condition is given in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results.
