In recent years, the virtual test has played an important role in development and testing of more and more aircraft for its unique advantages. Near space is the transit area between aerospace and aviation, and it has a significant impact on the safety and accurate entry of the rockets and other variable aircraft. Therefore, a method of constructing virtual atmospheric environment in near space was put forward, which was based on the statistical feature model and SEDRIS standard with the data from SABER detector of American TIMED satellite. Based on the Construction software of virtual atmospheric environment in near space, the data of the corresponding space-time range and resolution could be generated by the user-defined setup, and the data could be normalized according to the SEDRIS specification to generate the adjacent space atmosphere according to the SEDRIS standard environmental data.
