A model construction method determination section 60 determines a model construction method on the basis of at least one of sensing difficulty level and CG drawing difficulty level for a target object. A state sensing section 61 measures a state of the target object in the real environment. An environment model construction section 63 constructs an environment model for drawing in the virtual environment according to the model construction method for a static object.
