摘要

The high-throughput RNA-seq technologies were undeniably a breakthrough step in our understanding of human genome functions. Another, equally significant step was the ability to amplify the material retrieved from an individual cell in order to describe its gene activity pattern. At the same time, we already have a good knowledge about human cell metabolism. The aim of our work is to infer a novel, additional insights regarding individual cells by integration of the transcriptomic and metabolomic data.
