摘要

This paper presents a new algorithm to optimize distributed energy resources in a microgrid. An optimal power flow is combined with an evolutionary algorithm to produce a flexible optimization platform useful to study technical constraints as well as environmental and social aspects. The algorithm successfully achieved an optimal allocation of local resources while maintaining a constant demand from the utility. The algorithm is designed to ensure efficient and feasible configurations from the search space as long as the system's constraints, conditions and topology allow a solution.
