摘要

There are some problems of traditional PID parameter tuning, such as cumbersome installation and wiring of cable, inflexible operation. Hence, ZigBee technology is applied to PID parameter tuning in this paper to solve the problems. Communication between PID parameter tuning controller host and field test equipment is achieved through ZigBee wireless networking method. So as to make PID parameter tuning devices miniaturization, networking and intellectuality. Experimental results show that our scheme can effectively reduce the workload of parameter setting experiment and improve the flexibility and quality of traditional controllers.
