Aiming at the high-precision, high-efficiency and high-quality processing problems in the field of micro-machining, a new method of laser electrolysis combined machining was proposed. For the laser processing process easy to produce thermal effects and smooth electrolytic processing, the electrolyte circulation control system based on laser electrolysis combined processing was designed. The principle of the control system was analyzed, the hardware structure of the control system was built, and the software system was designed in detail. The system realized the automatic control of the electrolyte circulation control system through the opening and closing of each component.
