According to the mechanical design and its related principles, the axle is structurally designed, a three-dimensional model of the axle is built by Solidworks software, and then the static analysis of the axle is imported into ANSYS Workbench. the main purpose of which is to study the stress and strain of the axle and compare it with the results of theoretical calculations to determine whether its strength meets the design requirements, so as to ensure its normal operation.
