Design of Carbon Emission Trading Market Mechanism Based on Integrated Energy Service Providers' Participation

Based on the previous work, this paper innovatively proposed the carbon trading market mechanism with integrated energy service providers, and established the relevant allocation model by statistical analysis of MATLAB and analytic hierarchy process for solving the initial allocation issues of carbon emission credits. In the carbon emissions trading market, specific analysis of the decision-making model of integrated energy service providers, enterprises and government were established. Energy providers make optimal energy decisions based on the cost minimization principle; enterprises make optimal production decisions based on profitability situation; and the government penalizes or subsidizes enterprises according to their carbon emissions and technological transformation performance. The case study designed three scenarios and analyzed six kinds of results. Based on this, this paper proposed the rational choice of energy agents, the reasonable selection of agents for enterprises and the rational decision of the government.
