As a new monitoring method, RFID (radio frequency identification) realizes data exchange through radio frequency non-contact technology, which is emerging and attracting widespread attention.This paper studies the self-powered RFID sensor system for power transformer condition monitoring,which mainly includes energy management module,signal acquisition module,signal processing module and RF module. Due to the use of wireless technology,significant overhaul costs and hardware inputs investment are saved, which makes it possible to realize long-term online monitoring. The combination of RF chip and solar cell can effectively extend chip power supply time, strengthen the function of the chip, greatly increase the communication distance and prolong the life of the chip.Through digital signal processing method, the trend term of the signal, which is obtained by triaxial acceleration sensor, caused by integration is removed, and the vibration displacement signal is obtained quickly, which provides a strong technical support for the real time domain testing.
