摘要

We developed a wind-powered triboelectric energy harvester using flapping film array. The flapping film was fabricated by plastic deformation of polymer film at elevated temperature. The plastically deformed film forms a curved shape and makes variable gap between the flap and the substrate. When the wind blows, the harvester generates energy through the changes in contact area according to deformation and vibration of the flapping film. Through this mechanism, it can harvest energy from the wind with various direction and speeds. The measured average power was 0.42 μW when the wind speed was 5.8 m/s.
