As traditional cold chain logistics (CCL) location models neglect customers' satisfaction (CS), this study proposes a bi-objective location optimization model which considers the cost and CS service level of the CCL. The proposed model is to maximize CS and minimize the cost of CCL, which is solved by using epsilon-constraint to transfer the bi-objective model into a single objective. In addition to the traditional cost of handling, and transportation and storage, the refrigeration and damage cost is also taken into account; the CS is the probability of satisfying the requirements of the customers. In the end, this paper designs an example and verifies the accuracy and rationality of the model using LINGO11.0 software.
