摘要

We have developed and investigated the multibeam relativistic vircator scheme. The effect of synchronization of virtual cathodes oscillations that is manifested in the “imposition” of the spectral characteristics by the beam with the highest current to the entire system has been discovered. We have done a multiparameter analysis of the multibeam vircator and obtained the maps of the character regimes of system dynamics. The possibility of significant increase of output microwave power in the system with four electron beams in comparison with the single-beam system has been shown.
