摘要

A narrow pulse driver circuit was studied in this paper. we proposed and demonstrated a method combining the analog circuit and the digital circuit. By analyzing the working principle of transistor, we selected the HEMT transistor as a high-speed switch. It can supply voltage pulse or current pulse according to different applications. The generation of trigger signal, controls of the pulse width and amplitude were highly integrated on one circuit board. Experimental results show that the width of pulse can be tuned from 1.95 ns to 800 ns with the pulse amplitude from 0 to 5V.
