We develop the perturbation theory of cyclotron resonance in a perfect single-crystal p-type semiconductor film which is placed in a uniform static strong magnetic field perpendicular to its surface. It is shown that the main manifestation of the strong field cyclotron resonance in the p-type semiconductor film at low temperatures is the single photons super-radiance. The probability of such super-radiance scales as the film area, which allows one to specify the size of the film, at which the probability of single photon super-radiance is much greater than the probabilities of other scattering channels.
