In this paper, the current oscillation phenomenon generated by the non-contact electrostatic discharge generator team R&D related to the electrostatic discharge standard was discussed. At present, national standard of non contact electrostatic discharge ESD part is blank due to the difficulties of repeats, Multiple factors are found influenced to the non-contact electrostatic discharge test from the box our team R&D, It includes electrode speed, discharge voltage, temperature and humidity. The experiment results that current reached the first peak time is about 5ns, After the repeats tested, non-contact discharge current waveform always have oscillation phenomenon, it's finding out difference from the contact discharge current waveform which is always positive, this paper provides the help to work out national standards of non contact electrostatic discharge part.
