In this paper, two kinds of 2D phase gradient metasurfaces (PGM) are proposed to realize wideband radar cross section (RCS) reduction. A cross and two square-rings construct the unit cell of the PGM. By changing the arrangement of the sub-array which is composed by 16 unit cells, two kinds of PGMs are realized. Due to the anomalous reflection and diffuse reflection, 10 dB RCS reduction is accomplished in a wideband range for both PGMs.
