The aspect of users' behavior (user acceptance) is one of the main factors that determine the successful application of information technology. Student Center Activity and Learning of Harapan Bangsa (Scalsa SHB) brings about transformation in the method of learning from the manual system to the electronic one, which results in the attitude and behavior of the users to accept and use it. This research did an analysis of acceptance of Scalsa SHB users in School of Health Sciences Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto which was measured from the level of user acceptance. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as a framework to develop the model of acceptance of Scalsa SHB. The resulting model identified three endogenous variables, namely: percieved ease of use, percieved usefulness, and intention to use, and four exogenous variables, namely: subjective norms, voluntariness, accessibility quality, and computer self-efficacy. This model was analyzed using the method of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the program AMOS 22. Findings of the research suggest that the TAM model can explain the factors affecting acceptance of Scalsa SHB users. Based on a sample of 188 respondents who were comprised of students using Scalsa SHB, from a total of 10 hypothesis, all of them indicates that the variable voluntariness does not significantly affect the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of Scalsa SHB. The low level of the real utilization of Scalsa SHB needs to be enhanced by taking into account the variables of user acceptance.
