In conventional data envelopment analysis (DEA) models, the efficiency scores of decision making units (DMUs) are usually evaluated in a special period of time where desirable and precise measures exist. Nevertheless, there are situations in the real world that the efficiency of systems should be evaluated in multiple periods of time when undesirable and imprecise measures present. To address this issue, the current paper proposes a DEA-based approach to identify the efficiency of systems with undesirable and fuzzy factors in several periods of time. Indeed, radial models are introduced for measuring the overall and individual efficiencies of these systems at the same time. A numerical example is used to analyze the proposed approach.
