摘要

In this paper, a dual-piezo-driven actuator with a configuration based on the bridge-type amplification mechanism is presented. The configuration should enable the actuator to be driven with diverse friction drive principles for operations under different conditions. Numerical simulations of the actuator based on a basic mathematical model applying the DTC-MRD friction model, and the FEA of the bridge-type mechanism deformation are carried out for analyzing the feasibility of the design.
