Coupling dynamic response analysis of truss robot under moving load

Dynamic Response is an important index for the structure rationality of truss robot. In this paper, the purpose is to analyze the vibration performance of the whole system, which is varying constantly when the load position is moveing horizontally on the beam of the truss robot. Firstly, the dynamic coupling dynamic model of truss robot is established. Secondly, the complex partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations with variable coefficients. Thirdly, the method of Newmark-δ is adopted to solve the equation, so the complex coupling response is solved effectively with Matlab programming. Finally, the dynamic response and deflection of the beam of truss robot under different velocities and accelerations are obtained. The results show that the inertia effect of the end load on the dynamic response of the beam of truss robot can't be ignored.
