This paper present the new technique of calculating the stator flux. The method comprise of new integrator technique by virtue of which the errors which occurs in case of pure integrator can be eliminate. The pure integrator which is already present in the conventional direct torque control method (DTC) have several bugs which can be eliminate by this new integrator design. Offset error occur in conventional DTFC method which caused undesirable variations. By this new method offset can reduce. By observing the flux the offset can be maintained. For that purpose generally flux observers can use in the form of PI controller. The DTFC design presented here includes the proportional integrator derivative (PID) block. Proportional controller can also be used as the flux observer. Because of the simplicity of the design the low pass filter (LPF) and high pass filter (HPF) can also be include to modify traditional integrator to eliminate bugs.
