PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an error to improve estimated accuracy by outputting a voltage command after correction to an inverter circuit via a gain using an estimated error value between the voltage command value with correction and the actual voltage value. SOLUTION: A q-phase current controller 2 inputs a q-phase current command value and a q-phase current estimated value and outputs q-phase voltage command. Meanwhile, a d-phase current command and a d-phase current estimated value are inputted to a d-phase current controller 3 and a d-phase voltage command is outputted therefrom. The voltage command is inputted to a vector control arithmetic circuit 4 and it is converted to an -phase voltage command and a -phase voltage command by the -phase magnetic flux and -phase magnetic flux outputted from a magnetic flux estimation device 8. An offset voltage error correcting voltage outputted from the magnetic flux estimation device 8 via a low-pass filter 10 is respectively subtracted from this voltage command togenerate the voltage command after the offset voltage correction. This value is inputted to a gain adjusting device 11 and the voltage command value after gain correction is inputted to an inverter circuit 6.
