Taking one station building structure of a passenger dedicated line in China as the research object, the vibration response regularity of the station building structure was analysed under the stimulation when different trains pass through the station. In addition, the vibration comfort level of the station building structure was evaluated. The test and analysis results show that, starting from the source site, the vibration is attenuated by the soil, and greatly reduced when reaches the column of the structure. Because the large flexibility and low natural frequency of the floors, low frequency vibration is amplified in the propagation process of the floor, and has a trend of attenuation along the transverse direction of the track. When passenger trains and empty freight trains passed the station, the floor of the waiting room has obvious vibration peak in the low frequency and high frequency, and has certain advantages in the high frequency and low frequency vibration, the vibration comfort degrees of the floors of the waiting room were in the scope of the allowable values 80 dB. When heavy freight trains passed the station, because the excellent frequency of the floor vibration of the waiting room is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of 6.3 Hz, compared to the high frequency component, the floor vibration is mainly dominated by low frequency vibration, and its average vibration acceleration level exceeds the allowable value of 12~16 dB.
