Identifying the root cause of changes and linking this trigger event to the cascade of changes that may result is not easy. 1.1 Rainmaker use the first event that results in the breaking change to a pairing however we are looking to introduce advanced analytics algorithms to improve the grouping of the resulting changes. 2. Understanding and measuring the impact of a roster changes to crew members will be different for every airline. 3. Establish effective feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and planning assumption validation 4. Change Management required for a shared set of KPIs to drive greater collaboration and continuous improvement across the airline.
