摘要

This paper describes a new mechanical alignment of the interferometer in the calculable capacitor at NIM. This method is based on the directionality and aperture diffraction of laser light. At present, the new alignment has been completed and its alignment error is estimated as less than 1.0×10-9 for the displacement measurement.
