摘要

A method was developed for calculating liquid-vapor interphase friction using data from vertical upflow experiments. This method was applied to data sets from six experimental setups. Results were compared with interphase friction correlations used in RELAP5/MOD3.3 and with RELAP5/ MOD3.3 simulations of the experiments. There were large differences between the friction calculated from experimental data and that predicted by the code.
