Thank you, Allan. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's a real pleasure to be here with you today and a real honour to welcome you back to the United States. As Allan said, I last had the pleasure of addressing you in Seattle 20 years ago. I note that I have not been invited back since, Allan, for two decades. I can't remember what I might have done back then to so disappoint you. I'll do my best today not to repeat whatever error I made in 1996, because if you wait another 20 years to invite me back, I may not be able to accept.
