Suppressing tiger stripes: Taming flow oscillations to improve print quality

摘要

The problem of tiger striping is described: oscillations of the printjetcause re-deposition of small aerosols far from their intendedlocation on the print-media. Experimental and numerical studiesof the problem have shown the main factors and possiblemitigation strategies for this print quality artefact.
