Micro-Grid with hybrid energy systems is essentially a muti-objective, muti-constrant problem, and it is a challenge that Micro-Grid system to achieve optimal economy and stability of the system. An improve PSO-based energy management under two-time scale is proposed in this paper to accomplish this task. Based on different time scales, the energy management consists of day-ahead scheduling and real-time shceduling. The main purpose of day-ahead scheduling is to achieve economy optimal scheduling and real-time shceduling maintain the stability of the system. The real-time scheduling is carried out according to day-ahead shceduling and to modify the deviation of day-ahead scheduling by correction plans. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can effectively guarantee the economy and stability of the system.
