Cellular concretes have become promising materials for the construction. The increase in the cost of energy resources, the thermo technical requirements for enclosing structures, a simple enough technology, the ability to obtaining single-layer protecting designs, technical and economic indicators confirm the high efficiency of cellular concrete as a wall material. Producing non-autoclaved curing foam concrete, reinforced with low modulus synthetic fibers is possible due to considering the technological role of dispersed reinforcement. Dispersed reinforcement influences the increase in the bearing capacity of the freshly prepared foam concrete mix, resulting in the elimination of destructive processes, increasing the dimensionally stability and raising its stability right after pouring it into the mould. The rate of plastic strength increase during the infusion of synthetic fibers by 1% by increases 2-4 times compared with the initial matrix.
