摘要

According to the charging demand of electric vehicle and the power that charging station can provide, this paper pick up a Human–Computer Interacted Strategy which divides the charging process into 4 phases and proposes the modes of charging for guiding the users to take full advantage of electric vehicle charging pile. Based on the queuing theory, reverse order queuing and mixed order queuing, this paper determines the sequence of electric vehicle charging plan in off-peak phases. Comparing with disordered charging strategy and existing charge strategy, the strategy in this paper can make the charging station satisfying more demand and getting more benefits. Moreover, the strategy also has good performance in valley filling for the power system.
