Survey on interaction between modern E-learning and English teachers' self-directed learning

摘要

Based on the survey of college and university English teachers, this paper attempts to explore the interaction of the modern E-teaching and the teachers' self-directed learning. The paper lightened the importance of the teachers' self-directed learning and the aim is to promote the College English teachers' professional development and to improve the teaching quality.
