The diffraction problems by different discontinuities in circular and, coaxial waveguides are actual in modern electrodynamics. One can find enough results ofjnvestigations in which the different approaches are used. The variation approach was used for the junction of coaxial and circular waveguide [1] considering. The irises in circular waveguide were investigated in [2] using the operator approach [3] and in [4] using the singular integral equations approach.
