摘要

The purpose of this work was an examination of the effect of combined low-intensive terahertz (THz) (f= 0,89 THz, P = 1,5 mW/cm~2) and gigahertz (GHz) (f= 37,7. GHz, P = 2,7 mW/cm2) irradiation on.osmotic resistance of human erythrocytes in vitro. The evaluation of, erythrocytes hemolysis by a concentration of peroxide oxidation of lipids (POL) products such as malonic dialdehyde (MDA) and diene dialdehydes (DD) was carried out. The erythrocytes hemolysis factor at the presence of hypotonic salt solutions NaCI was estimated. The result of combined action of electromagnetic waves THz and GHz rages on peroxidation of lipide phase and erythrocytes anti-oxidant status was given. It is shown probably an anti-oxidant-effect of low-energy laser irradiation under conditions of pulse modulation with frequencies f= 200 + 450 Hz.
