The technology of quickly formation of bulk metamaterials with a complicated structure was designed. The bulk chiral metamaterial with a cell on the basis of helical element with a sufficiently large effective chirality parameter in the microwave frequency range has been constructed. It has been demonstrated experimentally that even 2 micrometer layer of the Al-metallization of elements leads to sufficient chiral properties of the metamaterial in the vicinity of frequency 22 GHz.
