Colon cancer is the second cause of death around main death causes. However there are many diagnosis methods, early and correct diagnosis can not be possible all the time. Computer Aided Detection (CAD) systems are used to provide accuracy of diagnosis. Aim of the study is to obtain parameters from Computed Tomography (CT) Colonography data sets of patients and evalute these parameters via CAD and provide accuracy of diagnosis. To determine parameters CT Colonography data sets of 16 patients from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine were investigated. Studied on the morphological values of data sets. At the end of the study accuracy was calculated as 90,625%, kappa statistical value as 0,6707, AUROC as 0,820, f measure as 0,907 from morphological features.
