Tunability of graphene is leveraged for the generation of a space-time modulated medium. Electromagnetic waves propagation in space-time modulated media produce interesting effects such as photonic interband and intraband transitions. We use dispersion engineering to efficiently control the transitions and transform the spectrum of the electromagnetic wave.
