With the development of the spatial econometrics, the application of the spatial econometrics in various fields has been very extensive. The application of the spatial econometrics model has developed from the original spatial hysteresis model and the spatial error model to the spatial Durbin model, and then gradually extended to the current dynamic spatial Durbin model. The method of constructing the index system solves the information overlap in the selection of the indicators and the one-sidedness of the screened indicators. In general, with the development of cities, it has changed from the severe vulnerability to the mild vulnerability, and the vulnerability of the economic system is better than that of the environmental system.
