Factors That Affect Public Intention to Share Social Justice Report Using Mobile Phone in Mongolia

Modern mobile phone technology offers various kinds of advantages for social justice. Its easy communication and interaction way has been impacting social justice, which is one of the key concepts of sustainability. The main purpose of this paper is to determine factors that affect public intention to share social justice report using mobile phones in Mongolia. The study adapts to Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) with seven hypothesis. The results show that all of those seven hypotheses are supported. The most influenced factor is Perceived Ease of Use of Social Interaction of Mobile phone. This study contributes to the theory of social justice in providing a clear framework in how citizens express their social justice reports through mobile phones. The results also benefit to the government officers as well as internet marketers.
